5. Product construction (advantages of configuration technology)
1. The ozone tube: ozone discharge chamber characteristics: discharge chamber internal discharge tube, side look close to the honeycomb structure, industry commonly known as honeycomb tube, discharge tube inside and outside electrode are 316L stainless steel, shell 304 stainless steel, dielectric material using high purity silica quartz tube 99.8%, Teflon and fluoride seal original combination, external electrode water cooling, design service life is more than 50000 hours.
2. High-frequency and high-voltage power supply: composition and characteristics of high-voltage power supply: military level frequency conversion PCB circuit and vacuum epoxy high-voltage package; the main features are: IGBT push, bandwidth automatic / manual, startup slow start, (limit surge current), power supply overvoltage protection. Power converter overheat protection, output short circuit, open circuit protection, sound and light warning. 1. High-voltage discharge-type generator
This type of ozone generator uses a high frequency power system to make the oxygen molecules in or around the electric field electrochemically to create ozone. The ozone generator has the advantages of mature technology, stable work, long service life and large ozone output, so it is the most widely used ozone generator in related industries at home and abroad.
2. Safe cooling method of ozone
Ozone generator will produce a lot of heat energy, which needs to be cooled, otherwise ozone will be produced by high temperature while decomposition. The water-cooled generator has good cooling effect, stable work, no ozone attenuation, and can work continuously for a long time.
3. Ozone generator discharge technology
Quartz tube has high dielectric constant, uniform wall thickness, good ellipticity, high temperature resistance, moisture resistance and other characteristics and are most often used by some high performance ozone generators and so on. Ceramic plate is easy to crack, only suitable for some small generators. The wall thickness and ellipticity of ceramic tube are not easy to control, prone to the problem of uneven discharge, so the use is not much. Glass tube and enamel tube have low dielectric constant, low high temperature resistance, and easy to crack
4. Working principle
When the oxygen-containing gas passes through the discharge gap between the two electrodes, part of the oxygen molecules (O2) are converted into ozone (O3) to achieve ozone preparation (see Figure 1). When the high voltage is changed on the high voltage electrode, microdischarge will occur at the discharge gap between the electrodes. The oxygen molecules are decomposed into the free oxygen atom O, and some of the free oxygen atoms and the undecomposed oxygen molecules recombine to form ozone (O3), or O + O2=O3, known as "corona discharge" or "silent discharge".
In fact, only part of the electric energy applied on the electrode is used to prepare the ozone, and it also generates heat during the preparation process, which requires cooling water to effectively cool the ozone generation module. The preparation process of ozone is significantly affected by the quality of raw gas and the temperature of cooling water. The lower the temperature, the higher the efficiency of ozone preparation.
5. Ozone process flow

8. Ozone belongs to a broad spectrum of sterilization, which has a strong killing effect on all kinds of bacteria and viruses. The ozone gas produced has a strong oxidation, catalysis and other effects, viruses and bacteria in the ozone gas because of various free radicals, so that the degeneration of proteins, reduce the activity of nucleic acid and enzyme, thus disinfection and purification of air; ozone and formaldehyde, carbon dioxide, xylene and other toxic gas degradation, oxidation and other complex physical and chemical reactions, and the by-product non-toxic and harmless, can avoid secondary pollution.

Eight, sterilization ability
Ozone has strong oxidation, is recognized by the world as a broad spectrum efficient fungicide, its oxidation capacity is higher than chlorine, sterilization in water 600-3000 times, even a few seconds can kill bacteria, for common Escherichia coli, streptococcus dung, pyonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, mold, etc., in the ozone concentration of 0.3 PPM environment for 5 minutes, its killing rate can reach more than 99%. Its sterilization and disinfection effects are almost instantaneous. When the ozone concentration in the water reaches 0.3-2 mg/L, the bacteria can be killed within 0.5-1min. The ozone dose required to achieve the same sterilization effect (e. g. E. coli killing rate of 99%) is only 0.0048% of chlorine.
