Equipment installation instructions

1. the high voltage power supply should be installed on the insulation board, it should be noted: the high voltage power supply is more than 5cm from the metal case shell (if the high voltage part is too close to the metal case shell, it will form high voltage eddy current which will affect the use or even damage), the position of the ozone discharge tube installation is in the convection air space on the case, ensure that the fan can blow to the radiator of the ozone tube during operation, the cooling water must be connected operation, ensure the inner pole of the ozone tube is cooled, the cooling water flow >5 L/min, temperature is not higher than normal temperature.

2. inlet, outlet, inlet and outlet connection instructions: if the ozone discharge pipe is installed horizontally, either end can be in and out.If the ozone pipe is erected and installed, the cooling water is the lower inlet water, the upper outlet water, the inlet and outlet gas is the upper inlet air, and the lower outlet gas. The air outlet is connected with an anti-oxidant tube (tetrafluorine tube, fluorine hose, etc.), which requires no air leakage, and the gas entering the inlet of the ozone tube, whether oxygen or air, must ensure that the gas is clean and dry, the temperature must not be higher than 45℃, the humidity must not be greater than 85% RH..

The inlet pressure is below 0.2 Mpa and the bearing pressure of the ozone discharge tube ≤0.06 Mpa. during operation

3. check line: high voltage output line is connected with two electrodes of ozone discharge tube, two high voltage lines do not touch together, do not lap on metal. If the installation position will make the two high-voltage lines together, you can use 2 MM thick hose on any high-voltage line can be. Other lines or objects in the chassis are not allowed to touch high voltage lines,

 *Note: The red high voltage line is connected to the aluminum heat sink, and the yellow line is connected to any fixed ring at either end of the tube.

Potentiometers: The main function is to adjust the output power of the ozone power supply, thereby changing the concentration and output of the ozone output, clockwise to adjust, counterclockwise to adjust the small.

Daily maintenance

1. installed equipment should be used in a dry, ventilated and clean environment, ambient temperature between -7~40℃, relative humidity less than 85% RH..

2. equipment maintenance, need to disconnect the power situation through the line.

3. regularly check the ventilation exhaust of the case housing, when there is more dust to clean up in time.
