KZ-50G quartz pipe ozone generator accessories is the main core component of the ozone machine, gas supply source can use oxygen and air, can be used in the need for ozone sterilization or purification place, generally used in water treatment or air treatment.

Equipment installation and instructions

Step 1: high voltage power supply and ozone tube installed on the insulation board, insulation board fixed in the chassis, note: ozone tube and high pressure power supply from the metal case housing is more than 5 cm (if too close to the metal case shell, may form high pressure vortex thus affect the use or even damage), the ozone tube installed position in the convection air space on the chassis, ensure the fan can blow to the ozone tube radiator, ozone tube outer electrode air cooling stability, cooling water use diameter 8~10MM pipe connected, no leakage, cooling water> 4L / MIN temperature is not higher than room temperature.

The second step: air inlet and ozone outlet installation: ozone nozzle in and out, any end can be in and out, inlet guide material can use silicone tube or PVC tube, outlet with antioxidant tube (four fluorine tube, fluorine tube, etc.), do not leak, into the ozone tube inlet, both oxygen or air, to ensure that the gas clean and dry, temperature is not higher than 45℃, humidity cannot be greater than 70%RH.

The third step: check the line: high voltage line to connect the ozone tube two electrodes, two high voltage line do not touch together, if the installation position will make two high voltage line touch together, you can use 2MM thick hose set on any high voltage line. Other lines or items in the chassis are not allowed to touch the high-voltage lines.

Precautions for use

3、After installing the equipment, check the air path and circuit between the power, and ensure that the power is correct.

5、Do not be used in inflammable and explosive places.

6、Ensure that the air cooling is good by convection, and the temperature of the ozone tube should not be higher than 60℃.

7、The ozone concentration of ozone outlet is high, the human body do not contact with ozone for a long time, the ozone put into the confined space can be decomposed naturally after the machine stops working for 60 minutes, before people can enter.

8、Non-professionals do not open the chassis, the general electrician needs to consult the professional maintenance personnel.

9、If the equipment is used in water treatment, please ensure that the gas-water mixing device does not return water to the gas path of the ozone pipe, otherwise it will cause a high-voltage short circuit.

Daily maintenance

1、The installed equipment shall be placed in a dry, ventilated and clean environment with an ambient temperature of between-7 and 40℃ and a relative humidity of less than 85%RH.

2、During the maintenance of the equipment, the power supply shall be disconnected.

3、Regularly check the general air discharge on the equipment, if there is more dust to remove and clean up in time.

4、The equipment can work continuously for 24 hours, but please ensure that the equipment is well cooled and ventilated.

5、The wet towel must be wrung dry. Do not splash water into the machine.
