The gas supply can be supplied with oxygen or air, which can be used in places where ozone sterilization or purification is needed. Generally used in laboratory or household water treatment or household air treatment.

Equipment installation instructions

First step: the high voltage power supply and ozone tube are installed on the insulation board, the insulation board is fixed in the chassis, it should be noted that the ozone tube and the high voltage power supply are more than 3 cm from the metal case shell (if the high voltage part is too close to the metal case shell, High pressure eddy current may be formed to affect use or even damage), the ozone tube is installed in the convection air space on the chassis, ensure that the fan can blow to the heat sink of the ozone tube, ensure the external electrode air cooling of the ozone tube is stable, the cooling water is connected with the inner diameter of 8-10 MM tube, no leakage, The cooling water >3 L/MIN, the temperature is not higher than the normal temperature.

Step 2: Installation of air inlet and ozone outlet: The air inlet of the ozone pipe can enter and exit at any end regardless of the direction of the inlet and outlet. The air outlet can be connected with an antioxidant tube (tetrafluorine tube, fluorine hose, etc.) without air leakage. The gas entering the air inlet of the ozone pipe, whether oxygen or air, must ensure that the gas is clean and dry, the temperature is not higher than 45℃, and the humidity is not more than 70% RH.

Step 3: check the line: the high-voltage line is connected with two electrodes of the ozone tube, the two high-voltage lines do not touch together, if the installation position will make the two high-voltage lines meet together, you can use 2 MM thick hose on any high-voltage line can be. Other lines or objects in the chassis are not allowed to touch the high voltage line.

Use of caveats

1、After receiving the goods, please check if the equipment is damaged or missing spare parts, make sure there is no problem and then put into installation.

2、During the installation of components, please pay attention to light and light release to avoid damage.

3、After the installation of the equipment, please check the power between the air circuit, circuit between any problems, to ensure that after the correct power.

4、Equipment installation to ensure that the high voltage does not leak to the chassis shell, high pressure danger.

5、It is forbidden to use in flammable and explosive places.

6、Ensure that the air cooling is good convection heat dissipation, ozone tube working temperature should not be higher than 60℃.

7、The ozone concentration at the outlet of ozone is high, the human body should not contact ozone for a long time. The ozone placed in the closed space can decompose naturally after the machine stops working for 60 minutes before people can enter.

8、Non-professional personnel do not open the chassis, the general electrician must consult professional maintenance personnel can open the chassis.

9、If the equipment is used in water treatment, make sure that the gas-water mixing device can not return water to the ozone tube, which may lead to damage caused by high voltage short circuit.

Daily maintenance

1、The installed equipment shall be used in a dry, ventilated and clean environment with an ambient temperature of -7~40℃ and a relative humidity of less than 85% RH.; and

2、When the equipment is maintained, it is necessary to disconnect the power supply.

3、Check the ventilation exhaust of the chassis shell regularly and clean up when there is more dust.

4、Cool properly installed equipment can work continuously for 24 hours and many days.

Clean wet towel must be used after wring dry, do not splash water into the machine.
